Credits are how you book classes at Glowbe Dance — flexible, book what you want, when you want. [Buying] Choose a package on the Packages page. Each package clearly shows its price, how many Credits it includes, and any bonus Credits. Bigger packages come with more bonus Credits, so the value per Credit improves — the exact price per Credit is shown on the Packages page. [Cost per class] The number of Credits each class costs is shown on the schedule, depending on the class length and type. [Refund policy] Cancel more than 5 hours before class: full Credit refund. Cancel within 5 hours: no refund. Decide early — it gives waitlisted students a chance too. [Validity] Credit validity depends on the package and is shown at checkout. We'll email you before your Credits expire. Buying any new package automatically extends your existing Credits to the new expiry date. [Can't use them in time?] If something special comes up (injury, extended travel), email us and we'll work something out. Simple and transparent — that's our promise to every student.
