Payment details (securely processed by Stripe / Airwallex; we do not store credit card numbers)
Emergency contact name and phone number
Date of birth, dance experience, Instagram handle (optional)
Class booking and attendance records

Processing class bookings, payments and credit management
Sending class reminders and notifications (WhatsApp / email)
Emergency contact during classes (using the emergency contact details you provide)
Improving service quality and analysing operational data (anonymised)

4. Cookies and Analytics

This website uses cookies (small files stored in your browser) to keep the site working and to understand how visitors use it:

Necessary cookies — keep you signed in and remember your language preference. The site cannot function without them, so they cannot be disabled.
Analytics cookies — we use Google Analytics to see which pages visitors view and which channel they arrive from, so we can improve our class information and booking flow. This data does not include your name, phone number, or email address, and your IP address is anonymised.

Analytics cookies are enabled by default. You may opt out at any time via “Cookie Settings” in the site footer; once you opt out, we stop collecting your browsing data through cookies.

Separately, completed payment transactions are recorded in Google Analytics without names or contact details, for operational statistics. These are transaction records and are not affected by the cookie setting above.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with third parties in the following cases:

Stripe / Airwallex (payment processing) — only the minimum data required to complete transactions
Twilio / Resend (notification services) — only the contact details required for sending notifications
Google Analytics (site analytics) — only browsing and transaction records that contain no names or contact details

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transmission (SSL/TLS), access controls and regular security reviews. Your password is stored in encrypted form and cannot be viewed by our staff.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide our services. Records will be anonymised after two years of account inactivity. You may request account and data deletion at any time.

8. Your Rights

Under the PDPO, you have the following rights:

Access your personal data held by us
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and personal data

9. Emergency Contact Data

Emergency contact details you provide during registration are used solely for emergencies during classes. Please ensure you have informed the contact person that their data is being used for this purpose.
